Last week the FTC made new rules where Bloggers have to disclose whether they receive compensation, products, and such in reviewing items on their site. The FTC did not make magazines disclose what they get for free or the blogs associated with the magazine. Is this fair, not really.
I have not as of yet received products for testing and review. I purchase my own products and write about them from my personal experience. I buy a lot of products that I choose to write about or not.
The one thing about my reviews is still my motto: There are no bad beauty products. There are products that just may not work for every body. One person's nightmare product is another person's treasure.
If I do at some point start receiving products from vendors I will definitely let you guys know!
