I have been dying to try Minx Nails for a while now, and hearing it discussed on The Real Housewives of Atlanta made me quickly jump to find the closest salon (only two in North Carolina-Morning Star Salon is the one I chose) and made my appointment.
Minx Nails are the new hot thing to get. Everyone in Hollywood are getting Minx and have been getting them for about a year now. The great thing about this product is that its not nail polish so it won’t chip or peel off. It actually comes in foil (which is what gives them their eye popping look) and is made of film, which the stylist carefully heats and methodically applies and conforms to fit over your nails. It's a pretty precise science which takes about an hour to an hour and a half to complete. My stylist first gave me a manicure before applying Minx Nails too.
You can also have anything customized on your nails, a photo of your partner or a your favorite logo whatever your heart desires. Eve and Solange were spotted out with President Obama’s face on their nails. Angela Simmons had her nails minx for her 21st birthday and Beyonce wore the minx golden lightning for her video “Single Ladies”.
No ned to customize for your first try though as they come in an array of colors and styles, Silver, Silver with black circles,Red, Electric Blue, Black, Cheetah,Plaid, Polka dots,Florals, Gold, I can go on and on. 
To take them off simply apply heat from a blow dryer or lamp and peel off!!! I'll let you guys know how long they lasted!!!
