All About Mascara Week: Bobbi Brown Perfectly Defined

And our search for the perfect mascara continues. Today we are exploring the world of Bobbie Brown and testing out her Perfectly Defined Mascara. I must admit, I absolutely love Bobbi Brown from her intoxicating Beach Collection to her creamy dreamy eye-shadows and her rich and vibrant candy color array of lip glosses. Not to mention her creamy blushes are to die for! So testing out her mascara was without a doubt a pleasure. 

The Claim: Perfectly Defined Mascara makes the most of every lash. In one easy sweep, this ingenious mascara lengthens, separates and curls lashes for perfect definition. The secret? A unique multi-comb brush ( which is more comb like than most mascaras) and equally innovative formula, working together to enhance each and every lash. The flexible, all-day wear formula resists flaking, doesn't smudge and stays in place all day. Best of all, it removes easily with warm water. 

Today I primed my eye lids with Urban Decay's Eye-Shadow Primer Potion, I planned on adding some eye colors today after I took the pictures, totally backwards I know; but oh well, worked out great just the same. I used as a liner Nars Eyeliner Stylo in Black (which is very easy to apply. I also have it brown which looks very natural and classic).

Looking Longer!

Conclusion: Perfectly Defined (PD) did make my lashes longer and did comb out each lash. However I still had a few two-strand lashes sticking together, which I attempted to prevent.  I don't see a huge curl action it's more of a fanning action. However, PD came off SUPER easy honestly didn't need soap. No smudging all day, and no flaking. I think this is a good everyday mascara, not a night volumizing glam one though!
