STEAL VS. SPLURGE: Clinique's Black Honey

I am really excited about this Steal and Splurge series as I have combed the aisles of Target, CVS, e.l.f and found Steals for all my favorite beauty staples! Yesterday I gave you a GREAT Steal for a conditioning lip balm. Today another fabulous Steal to one of my can't-live- without Clinique's Black Honey. 

Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey has been a staple of mines since I found it for a Homecoming Dance in High School, my mom like that it was sheer and I liked that it had just the right hint of color.  I started using the lip stick, then moved to the Almost Lipstick and now I spend my days pulling the Black Honey Supergloss out of my purse. This color really does fit all skin types it's rich and great for day but the color is deep and sexy for night. I literally cannot do without this color in my beauty arsenal. However if you don't want to pay the $14 admission fee to Clinique's Black Honey, no worries I have found you a $4.00 substitute; CoverGirl Lipslicks Lip Gloss,  in Edgy same rich deep raisin-ish shade without the price tag!
