A Gorgeous Way to Wear Eyeliner

Here is a great tip from Glamour Beauty Girls: Leave it to the stunning Camilla Belle to make basic eyeliner look like a million bucks. She put a fresh spin on the classic makeup trick of wearing white pearly eyeliner as highlighter. (Usually the light liner is applied on the inner rim of the eye with black liner on the outside. This makes the whites of the eyes look extra bright.) But Belle pulled a switcheroo by changing things up and putting the black liner on the inner rim and pearly liner along the outside of the lashes. Just look at how it makes her eyes and cheeks glow!
