I am a Huge, Huge fan of Fresh lip balm the regular one and the Tinted One! I use my Fresh Lip Treatment everyday! Even at night before I go to bed, so I can wake up with pillowy soft lips. But when I saw this one on e.l.f. (In Target Stores Now) for $3.00 dollars I was intrigued and conducted a comparison test!
Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment is a bit thicker to me than the the Studio Lip Balm, however they both have SPF and are both quite moisturizing. The Fresh Lip Treatment did last longer on my lips than e.l.f. But for the cost I would venture to say it re-applying the e.l.f. won't be an issue.
They are both great products and I must say I do favor the Fresh Lip Treatment, but for the gal on a budget who doesn't want cracking, dry, flaky lips e.l.f Studio Lip Balm is Perfect!
